The Initial Consultation session is intended to explore the coach/client relationship, discuss desired expectations and anticipated results. This is a time for is to explore the “fit” of the coaching partnership and begin to identify what you would like to see happen throughout our engagement.
Complimentary Strategy Consultations are up to 30 minutes in length.
Individual Resiliency Coaching sessions are used to identify and create personalized strategic resiliency approaches to address your most pressing challenges and concerns.
We will co-create a plan that helps you build and maintain resilience to support your physical and emotional well-being for the long term.
Each resiliency coaching session is 50 minutes in length.
A personal learning community (PLC) may be more preferential if you desire to meet in a small group environment (in person or virtually) that allows us to go deeper into specific content or topic areas. The PLC is made up of a small group of individuals who build each other up, help to expand ideas and empower each other. The PLC is usually made up of individuals who have a common resiliency-building interest and could benefit from being part of an intimate group of individuals who believe in the benefit of community, connection and accountability.
Focusing on executives and high-potential employees, the executive coaching experience is intended to help the individual improve self-awareness, achieve their developmental objectives, unlock their potential and act as a sounding board, in addition to clearly defining the intended outcomes by partnering with the individual's assigned supervisor.
The coaching experience includes two 1-hour sessions each month for 6 months, and an initial (to establish coaching goals) and final meeting (to review coaching goal status) with the individual and their supervisor.
Executive coaching experiences are customized to the needs of the individual and their organization's needs.
